Hey, I'm Paul
Motivated by the words of the late President of Illinois Wesleyan University, I have spent my life attempting to do good. Whether working with my community, family, clients, or employer; my goal is to take everyday opportunities and do what is right for myself and others.
My career has been spent implementing technology and Software as a Service (SaaS) products and from that experience I have learned two invaluable lessons:
- Manuals are often boring and too technical for the everyday user.
- Users won't start something that is too complex.

Have you ever purchased a new tool and found the accompanying manual is hundreds of pages in length? Fortunately, most of us know how to use a power drill.
The same logic applies to software, only the common knowledge of using these tools is not so common.
This is where I excel. I like to take the complex and make it easy for everyday users to understand and use.
My goal is to focus on the portion of the software where the majority of users spend their time. Then with a strong base, I can assist more complex clients with their needs.
